The staff I met were very very nice and friendly. Stayed in a queen room room, it was fine with refridgerator, the spa tub, complimentary bottled water.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were dirty.

Problems with TV. Drain problems - needed plunger at 5am, slow tub drain, standing in 2 inches of water by end of shower. Very disappointing stay for the cost of room.
